(PRESS RELEASE) STOCKHOLM, 3-Jul-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska has secured a 10-year lease with AFRY for approximately 15,000 m² of prime office space in the new Solna Link building in Arenastaden, Solna, Sweden. Scheduled for occupancy in 2028, AFRY’s commitment means the entire first phase—36,000 m² of leasable space—is now fully let.

Solna Link, positioned adjacent to Solna Station, offers a vibrant workplace environment with ground-floor amenities including a gym, conference facilities, lounge areas, restaurant, café, and bicycle services. The building sits at the heart of Sweden’s expanding transport hub: bus, light rail, and commuter trains are already at the doorstep, and a new metro line is set to open in 2028, enhancing connectivity by car and bike as well.

Just minutes away lies the Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, providing shopping, dining, and leisure options. The dynamic Arenastaden district is attracting leading companies, creating a synergistic business community around Solna Link.

Designed with sustainability at its core, Solna Link is targeting LEED Platinum certification and has already achieved pre-certification under NollCO₂ and WELL Gold standards, reflecting Skanska’s commitment to healthy, low-carbon workplaces.
