Georgina Farrell will be the new HR Director of Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society (LV=)

BOURNEMOUTH, 09-Aug-2018 — /EuropaWire/ — Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society (LV=) has today announced the appointment of Georgina Farrell as Human Resources (HR) Director. Georgina will join LV= on 15 October and replace David Smith who has held the role on an interim basis since the beginning of the year. She will report directly to Richard Rowney, Chief Executive of LV=.

Georgina will join from Zurich Insurance where she’s worked for the last 10 years, most recently as Head of Strategy Execution for the HR department, responsible for focusing on leadership, culture and reputation and ensuring it’s integrated with the corporate strategy. Prior to working at Zurich, Georgina also held a number of roles at Tesco and Marks & Spencer.
