Press releases published and distributed via EuropaWire (https://europawire.eu) may be republished, cited, or referenced under a limited, non-exclusive and revocable licence, subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Hyperlinking to any page, press release or section of the EuropaWire website is permitted.
EuropaWire Ltd., operating under the name “EuropaWire”, grants you a limited licence to use and/or republish press releases published on this site for legitimate editorial, journalistic, or informational purposes, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
1) EuropaWire is clearly identified as the source, and a direct hyperlink to the original press release as published on EuropaWire is included. For print media, EuropaWire must be credited as the source;
2) The press release content and wording are not altered, edited, abridged, or otherwise modified;
3) No hyperlinks within the press release text are added, removed, or modified;
4) Images, photographs, logos, video and audio files included with a press release remain intact and are used solely in connection with the corresponding press release;
5) Press releases published on EuropaWire are not republished on websites or platforms that offer services competing with those provided by EuropaWire, including but not limited to press release distribution, newswire, or similar syndication services;
6) Press releases are not displayed alongside content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable or harmful to the rights or reputation of the authors, rights holders, or affected parties;
7) You agree to remove any press release distributed via EuropaWire from your website upon request where such removal is justified on legal, editorial, or contractual grounds, and to comply with such a request within a reasonable timeframe, normally not exceeding 24 hours.
Pages of the EuropaWire website that are not press releases may not be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without prior written consent from EuropaWire. Linking to such pages, however, is permitted.
No fee is charged for the use of press releases in accordance with the terms set out above. Any use beyond the scope of this licence requires prior written authorisation from EuropaWire.
The use of RSS, XML or other syndicated feeds is limited to one EuropaWire news feed per webpage. In certain cases, the use of multiple feeds per page may be permitted, provided that the feeds are cached on your own server and are not requested from EuropaWire’s servers more than once per feed per hour.
The use of any other software, scripts, applications, widgets or files hosted on the EuropaWire website is subject to prior written approval.
Information regarding copyright infringement and rights-holder complaints can be found on the relevant page.
EuropaWire reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of EuropaWire content constitutes acceptance of the then-current version.
