The system integrates with Volvo’s Cloud Energy Management System and Site Controller, offering real-time monitoring and cost optimization, while meeting Volvo’s standards for safety and reliability with advanced fire prevention, liquid cooling, and cybersecurity. Designed, developed, and manufactured in Sweden, the PU2000 marks a significant step in Volvo Group’s expansion from vehicles into energy solutions, supporting customers in energy optimization, operational resiliency, and the wider shift toward electrification.

At the event, customers, partners, and media experienced the PU2000 in action, demonstrating its ability to optimize energy costs, maintain operational continuity, and provide advanced site energy management. The system was displayed with its performance monitoring and safety functions, including seamless integration with the Volvo Site Controller and Volvo Cloud Energy Management System (VEMS).
