Banque Thaler’s clients will benefit from Indosuez’s expanded international network and services ranging from wealth advisory and financing to corporate finance, fund servicing, and asset management. The legal merger is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. (PRESS RELEASE) GENEVA/ PARIS, 1-Sept-2025 — /EuropaWire/ — Indosuez Wealth Management, the global wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group, has completed the acquisition of Banque Thaler in Switzerland, taking full ownership of the institution’s capital. The transaction, first announced on 4 April 2025, received the necessary regulatory approvals and represents a major step in Indosuez’s growth strategy.

The integration strengthens Indosuez’s long-standing presence in the Swiss market, where it has been operating since 1876, and enhances its ability to serve clients with a broader suite of financial services. The legal merger of the two entities is expected to be finalized by the end of 2025.

Clients of Banque Thaler will gain access to the full range of Indosuez’s global capabilities, including wealth advisory and structuring, financing, corporate finance, fund servicing, and asset management. Backed by the stability and international reach of the Crédit Agricole Group, the acquisition is designed to create additional value for clients while positioning Indosuez for sustained expansion in Switzerland.
