The company will be acquired by GRO Fund III, the latest investment fund managed by GRO, alongside Kirk Kapital. This deal will see the complete exit of Omada’s previous investors, CVC Growth Funds and GRO Fund II. The specific financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
