(PRESS RELEASE) STAVANGER, 25-Nov-2024 — /EuropaWire/ — Equinor ASA has announced the details of its cash dividend payments for the second quarter of 2024, comprising an ordinary dividend of USD 0.35 per share and an extraordinary dividend of USD 0.35 per share. Together, this brings the total cash dividend for Q2 2024 to USD 0.70 per share.

The NOK equivalent per share is calculated based on the average USD to NOK exchange rate from Norges Bank during a seven-business-day window, which includes three days before and after the 19 November 2024 record date. The average exchange rate for this period was 11.0741, resulting in a total dividend of NOK 7.7519 per share.

Shareholders on the Oslo Børs (Oslo Stock Exchange) and holders of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) on the New York Stock Exchange will receive their dividend payments on 29 November 2024.
