From June 3 to September 8, 2024, Orange will grant its 4G consumer and business clientele access to its cutting-edge 5G network at no additional cost(1). The initiative aims to ensure all Orange customers enjoy seamless connectivity during the Paris 2024 Games.

With Orange 5G, users can expect lightning-fast speeds and enhanced reliability on their mobile networks. This enables them to stream Paris 2024 Olympic events live and in high definition, share real-time experiences on social platforms, and download content within seconds. Furthermore, the transition to 5G technology promises to be 10 times more energy-efficient than previous iterations, offering relief from network congestion in high-traffic areas.

(1) Consumer: This offer extends to all Orange and Sosh consumer mobile customers with a 4G plan, excluding Mobicarte prepaid offers, LetsGo plans, and existing 5G plan holders. Access to the 5G network is contingent upon having a compatible 5G device.
Pro/SME: Similarly, all Pro/SME customers with a 4G Performance Pro, Performance Entreprise, or Open Pro plan are eligible. Access to the 5G network is subject to possessing a compatible 5G device.

(2) Customers who have consented to share their smartphone model with Orange will automatically receive free access to 5G. For those who haven’t, registration is required. If the customer’s device is 5G-compatible, registration will be validated, and access granted before mid-July.
