One contract, three challenges

When tendering for a new mobile technology partner, Swiss Post had three requirements. The company wished to renew its estate of mobile devices within both the parcel delivery division and distribution centres, and lastly, to equip postal workers with mobile devices. Zetes was awarded all 3 segments of the tender, because of its unique service offering providing optimum deployment and maintenance services.

“We are very proud that Swiss Post has chosen Zetes for the renewal of their mobile estate. We believe that the combination of our offering combining hardware with Zetes TotalCare and Zetes Services will help them deliver outstanding customer service across the country,” says Stefan Butz, Managing Director, Zetes Switzerland.

Juan José Martinez, President of Zetes’ Goods ID Division says, “It is an honour to count Swiss Post among our references. Zetes already has a proven track record in the industry and equipped other postal and courrier companies across Europe with its Proof of Delivery solution, ZetesChronos.
