Stakeholder Advisory Panel established to promote discussion between Neste and its stakeholders

ESPOO, 15-12-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Neste’s Board of Directors has invited representatives of the company’s stakeholders to join a Stakeholder Advisory Panel that has been established to promote discussion between Neste and its stakeholders on subjects such as the company’s operations, business development, and changes in its operating environment.

The following members have been appointed as members of the Stakeholder Advisory Panel:

Anne Kalmari (Chair), Member of the Finnish Parliament
Timo Harakka (Vice Chair), Member of the Finnish Parliament
Pekka Haavisto, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Teuvo Hakkarainen, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Harri Jaskari, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Sanna Lauslahti, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Mauri Pekkarinen, Member of the Finnish Parliament
Veera Ruoho, Member of the Finnish Parliament

In addition, three employees proposed by Neste’s personnel will take part in the Panel’s work, as previously. The Panel’s term of office is one year and it will meet twice a year. As membership is considered a position of trust, members will not be paid monthly remuneration. They will, however, receive payment for attending meetings, which has been set at EUR 1,500 for the Chair, EUR 1,250 for the Vice Chair and EUR 1,000 for other members. Members will also be reimbursed their travelling costs in accordance with Neste’s travel policy.
