Skanska acquires 5,000 square meters of land in Warsaw, Poland for EUR 22M

WARSAW, 05-Oct-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Skanska acquires about 5,000 square meters of land in Warsaw, Poland. The total investment amounts to EUR 22M, about SEK 200M.

The land plot is located at 7/9 Łucka Street in Warsaw’s Wola district, one of the most rapidly developing parts of the city, and is planned for future office development. The estimated gross leasable potential is about 35,000 square meters and the plot is situated in proximity to other Skanska’s projects – Generation Park, Atrium 1 and Atrium 2.

Skanska Commercial Development Europe initiates and develops office property projects. The company’s operations are concentrated in the metropolitan areas of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Poland and are conducted in four local units: Skanska Property Czech Republic, Skanska Property Hungary, Skanska Romania and Skanska Property Poland.
