Sanofi announces it has successfully priced its €1 billion bonds due 2023 at 2.50%

Paris, France, 12-11-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Sanofi (EURONEXT: SAN and NYSE: SNY) announces that it has successfully priced its offering of EUR 1 billion of notes, due 2023, bearing interest at an annual rate of 2.50%.

The issue is drawn under the Company’s Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

Sanofi intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of existing borrowings.

Citi, HSBC, Santander GBM and The Royal Bank of Scotland acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
