Orange appointed Arnaud Castille Executive VP for Mergers and Acquisitions

Arnaud Castille joined Orange as Executive Vice President for Mergers and Acquisitions on 26 August 2013.

Paris, 03-9-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — He replaced Vincent Benoît, who has left the Group. Arnaud previously served as a Director in the M&A Department at the Vivendi Group, a position he took in 2012.

He will report to Gervais Pellissier, Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Arnaud Castille, born in 1972, holds a Master’s degree in corporate finance from Paris Dauphine University and is a graduate of the INSEAD International Executive Programme. Having started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, Arnaud joined Bouygues as Director of Finance and Administration for a construction services business unit and before taking on a role as Account Manager at consulting firm CSC Peat Marwick. In 2001, he joined Vivendi as Director of Management Control for its subsidiary Maroc Telecom. He transferred to Vivendi headquarters as Vice President of the Strategy Department in 2005, before returning to Maroc Telecom as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Management Board from 2006-2012.
