Latvian IT product wholesaler ELKO Group named in CRN/RE 2013 Russian IT distributors ratings list

Riga, Latvia, 27-11-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — For 4th time already CRN/RE (edition which is dedicated to IT business in Russia) has rated Russian IT distributors to name the best distributors for different customer categories – channels. The results of year 2013 rating were published on 5th of November in a special edition of CRN/RE magazine.

For an evaluation of distributors activity Editorial Board of CRN/RE choose the 12 criteria: “Price”, “Profit-making programs (discount, rebate, etc.)”, “Variety of goods”, “Product availability on stock”, “The presence of B2B system (the possibility of making orders online, tracking of goods, etc.)”, “The presence of clear standards (formal rules, procedures) to work with partners”, “The flexibility and individual approach to partner”, “The ability to solve problems”, “Relationship Management with Vendors”, “Financial support (loans / leasing / factoring, etc.)”, “Consultation, assistance in project development” and “Marketing Support”.
