Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG issues corporate bond in Frankfurt Stock Exchange’s Entry Standard

Frankfurt am Main, 13-10-2015 — /EuropaWire/ — Joh. Friedrich Behrens AG is issuing a corporate bond (ISIN DE000A161Y52) in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond can be subscribed from today until 9 November 2015, subject to early termination of the subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €25 million. The corporate bond runs for five years and has a coupon rate of 7.75 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 11 November 2015. Lead manager of the transaction is quirin bank AG, Wolfgang Steubing AG acts as the specialist.

According to company sources, the Behrens Group is one of Europe’s market leaders in the manufacture and sale of fastening systems for wood.
