Deutsche Börse announced the subscription launch for VST Building Technologies AG corporate bond

19-9-2013 — /EuropaWire/ — Xetra/FWB: VST Building Technologies AG is planning to list a corporate bond in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A1HPZD0 can be subscribed from today until 30 September, subject to early termination of subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €15 million, runs until 2 October 2019 and has an interest rate of 8.5 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.

Trading is planned to commence on 2 October 2013. The applicant is VEM Aktienbank AG and the specialist SCHNIGGE Wertpapierhandelsbank AG.
