Building association Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF awards the interior Work at the New Deichman Main Library to AF Gruppen

OSLO, 12-Jul-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — AF Gruppen has been nominated by the building association Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF for Contract D004 Interior Work at the New Deichman Main Library.

AF Gruppen (AFG) has been nominated by the building association Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF for Contract D004 Interior Work at the New Deichman Main Library. The contract will be signed after a waiting period that ends on 11.07.2016.

The building consists of five main floors, three mezzanine floors above the ground and one basement. The contract involves an area of about 20,000 m2 and includes internal partition walls in Leca, plaster and steel, surface treatment of walls, media stands in steel, installation flooring and floor work, ceiling work, interior doors, locks and fittings, grill gates and rolling grilles, steel staircases and interior railings, fixtures, auxiliary work and various kinds of minor structural work.

The collaboration process will take place from autumn 2016 to spring 2017. The work in the implementation phase will be performed from April 2017 to the end of September 2019. The contract value, excluding options, is estimated at approximately NOK 172 million excluding VAT.
