Audi was a triple-prize winner at this year’s “red dot award: product design 2013”. Audi took top ranking for the fourth consecutive time in the China Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI). The Ingolstadt brand was able to win over its customers in all five evaluation criteria: initial contact, advice, dealer facilities, conclusion of sale, and delivery, establishing the brand with the four rings as the premium manufacturer with the highest customer satisfaction in China. Around 14,500 car owners who purchased a new vehicle between July 2012 and February 2013 were surveyed. It is the fourteenth time that J.D. Power and Associates have conducted this study.
