Sports Brand PUMA Chooses Maersk’s Rijeka Facility for Faster Deliveries

Moller – Maersk (CPH: MAERSK-B), a global leader in logistics and container shipping, is excited to announce the official arrival of PUMA, a renowned sports brand, as its second customer at the state-of-the-art warehouse facility near Rijeka, Croatia. The facility commenced operations on July 17th, 2023, and the local Maersk team recently inaugurated and efficiently managed PUMA’s first inbound shipments.

Situated just under 20 kilometers from the strategic port of Rijeka in northern Croatia, this modern 12,000 sqm warehouse plays a pivotal role in Maersk’s extensive global network of logistics assets. It offers agile and resilient end-to-end supply chain solutions, ensuring swift delivery times and optimized cargo handling.

Additionally, its proximity to the future deepwater terminal, Rijeka Gateway, provides an added advantage for seamless logistics operations.
