Accenture Extends Human Capital Management Offerings with Accenture Document Composer Software on SAP HANA® Cloud Platform

NEW YORK, 30-Aug-2016 — /EuropaWire/ — Accenture (NYSE: ACN) is expanding its human capital management offerings with the availability of Accenture Document Composer software on SAP HANA® Cloud Platform. Accenture Document Composer will complement and extend the capabilities of document generation, updates and management across many SAP® SuccessFactors® solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Effective human capital management relies on fast, accurate and reliable business processing. Whether the Human Resources (HR) function is distributed, or run as a centralized shared service, HR executives require flexibility and control to handle a wealth of documentation. Accenture Document Composer automates the production and distribution of employee correspondence through an integrated solution that increases efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and simplifies these processes. The solution helps HR professionals on their cloud journey by providing superior, integrated document creation and management with various SAP SuccessFactors solutions, helping to automate and manage data.

“Launching Accenture Document Composer in the cloud was the next logical step in our journey to complement our current on-premise software solutions. We have now completed the migration of the entire portfolio of Accenture’s Human Capital Management software offerings,” said Michael Detwiler, senior managing director, Accenture Products and Platforms. “This achievement will greatly enhance our clients’ ability to take advantage of the flexibility that a cloud HR delivery model brings. Delivering Accenture Document Composer on SAP HANA Cloud Platform helps our customers achieve digital transformation in HR.”

“Accenture is leading in changing the game for what alliance partners bring in the cloud, as they continue to develop new and innovative applications on SAP HANA Cloud Platform to complement our SAP SuccessFactors solutions,” said Mike Ettling, president, SAP SuccessFactors. “As one of the first partners to adopt SAP HANA Cloud Platform, Accenture is a real forerunner. Speed to implement, best practices, ongoing innovation and extensibility are important to what our customers want from alliance partners today, and Accenture is supporting those needs.”
